Destined 2 Be Fit Launches Fitness DVD and Unique Weight Loss Program

"Fitness Deadlines" will be a more personal approach to a fitness DVD program, enabling Uphoff and Chaloux to be more than just faces on a television screen. D2BFit emphasizes the importance of setting an actual deadline for attaining fitness goals, as people are at their most motivated and have the best chance for success when they have a specific deadline in mind, Chaloux says. This can be a wedding, class reunion, upcoming vacation or just that certain date in the future when you would like to look and feel your absolute best.Through online group fitness coaching, Uphoff and Chaloux will help members set their realistic fitness deadlines and identify their fitness visions, which is how they ideally see themselves from a health and fitness perspective.

The coaching team will help clients identify fitness obstacles, motivators and strategies for developing and maintaining a consistent healthy and fit lifestyle. D2BFits unique program will offer an online fitness forum and chat room where live coaching sessions and classes will take place. This also provides clients with a non-judgmental, motivational and supportive environment, while providing the element of accountability. The Fitness Deadlines workout consists of three strength training routines led by Uphoff and Chaloux. The DVD comes complete with a resistance band and is closed captioned.
